The Progressive Jackpot (PJ) is a brand new, never seen before feature we’ve had developed as an exciting free giveaway donated from our profits and we reserve all rights.
Every time you place an order with us, a % of your order amount gets added to the PJ total. The PJ amount updates in real time on the website homepage so you can always see how much is in it to be won. The jackpot can be won randomly at any time when placing an order through Royalux (paid, free or through a Ticket Bundle) & you will receive an email if you win! Once the Jackpot has been won, the total will reset to £0 and start building again.

Ticket Bundles can take up to 48 hours to be processed by the team depending on how busy we are, but these are usually done same day.
If 48 hours has passed and you feel you haven’t received your bundle yet, please follow the below steps before contacting us:
– Go to My Account
– Click on Recent Orders
– Look for orders with a £0.00 Total (This will be the order of us manually adding your tickets)
– Click View and you will see your ticket numbers.
You should also receive an email confirmation when we add tickets to your account. This will have a £0.00 total & will show “N/A” in your address. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Only when you have checked your account, emails and still can’t see your bundle being added, contact us.
Our After Dark™ competitions are different to our normal competitions for 2 reasons.
- After Dark™ competitions are only open between certain time periods, usually 9pm & 9am to buy tickets. Times are subject to change at our discretion.
- There is no main jackpot prize. All the wins are in the Instant Wins, however there is a bonus £50 Site Credit prize Auto Drawn when the competition ends or sells out.
Our Auto Draw competitions work the same as normal competitions except they are not drawn live. Instead, the website randomly selects a winning ticket number from all sold tickets.
The winner is drawn either 15 minutes after the competition timer ends OR 15 minutes after the competition sells out. The winner will receive an email notification and all Auto Draw winners can be viewed at any time HERE
Most of our competitions have a cash alternative available if the prize is not suitable for the winner. The cash alternative is ALWAYS at our own discretion and will be lower in value than the prize won.
Cash Alternatives are always set on each competition if one is available.
Site credit & Ticket bundles will not be swapped for a cash alternative.
